requested item is not available in stock. When can I get it?

The clothing is not available on stock usually,due to our effort to provide you with an individual solution of each order. Standard delivery term is approx. 3 weeks provided that respective textile fabric is in stock. In opposite case the delivery term is 4-5 weeks after the order confirmation (invoice payment).

Tailored production?

Standard clothing sizes are produced according to Size chart.
When a nonstandard size is requested, we can customize the design to your figure. Please, let us know the chest, waist and hip measures, figure height is subsidiary. In the case of marked difference of figure height (+ 20 cm), please, state size code and also figure height in your order. Size tables

Is there any special maintenance of CLEVERTEX^® wear required?

Our CleverTex^® wear does not need any special maintenance. Please, follow basic recommended maintenance guide according to symbols on the underwear label. Wash separately up to max. 40°C, use normal/gentle cycle of tumble drying, iron using medium temperature setting, professional cleaning can be applied as well. Do not bleach, do not use any softening agents. For more information, please, see Service instructions

service life?

Under the standard wearing and maintenace (i.e. following our service instructions and recommendations) CleverTex^® wear show permanent antistatic properties within the whole surface as well as across the seams. The share of carbon is designed so that requirements of EN 61340-5-1 Standard are met even after 50 washing cycles which is in practice well comparable with real useful life of such products.

Possible change of size?

In case the size of standard wear is not suitable for you, please, contact us to agree back sending and possible replacement for the other size. Such procedure is generally excluded in case of customized production according to specific needs.
